How the Work Is Planned
Plan from drawings and equipment
We review the floor plan, appliance schedules, lighting, controls, dedicated loads, and existing capacity.
Complete rough electrical
Boxes, wiring, circuits, and required protection are installed in coordination with framing, plumbing, HVAC, and cabinetry.
Inspect and trim out
After required rough approval and finished surfaces, devices and fixtures are installed and the completed work is tested.
Scope & Limitations
The proposal identifies electrical labor, standard materials, fixtures, owner-supplied equipment, and coordination assumptions. Design revisions, hidden damage, temporary power, and finish repair are handled separately when not included.
Permits & Electrical Code
Remodels may require permits and rough/final inspections. Affected areas must meet current rules for receptacle spacing, appliance circuits, GFCI/AFCI protection, lighting, smoke alarms, and service capacity.
Estimates & Rates
What Affects the Price?
Early plans and an appliance/fixture schedule produce the most useful estimate. Pricing changes when layouts, equipment ratings, finish selections, or access change after rough-in.
